ALTA Honors New York Member with National Recognition
Washington, D.C., Oct. 29, 2025 — Andrew Zankel, president and managing partner of Core Title Services LLC, in Jericho, N.Y., has earned the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Formally acknowledged with the NTP designation on Aug. 1, 2025, Zankel is one of 132 leaders across the United States who have devoted their careers to the land title industry and earned this national recognition.
The NTP designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

With 28 years of experience in the land title industry, Zankel leads Core Title Services as president and managing partner. An active member of the New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA), he serves on the executive committee as a board member, chairs the Technology Committee and vice chairs the Professional Mentorship Committee. Under his leadership, the Technology Committee has published several guides on blockchain, cybersecurity and remote online notarization. Zankel also served as associate chairperson of the Real Estate Working Group for the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance and was instrumental in creating and launching the NYSLTA Professional Mentorship Program, which continues to inspire and develop the next generation of title professionals.
