ALTA Honors South Dakota Member with National Recognition
Washington, D.C., May 5, 2025 — Lauren Beyersdorf SDTP, NTP has earned the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Formally acknowledged with the NTP designation on April 1, 2025, Beyersdorf is one of 122 leaders across the United States who have devoted their careers to the land title industry and earned their designation.
The designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

"Her years of experience, commitment to volunteerism and passion for the industry make her an outstanding addition to the ranks of NTP designees. I congratulate Lauren on this well-earned recognition and encourage others to follow her lead in pursuing this designation."
Director of client services and a closing agent for Black Hills Title Co. in South Dakota and Wyoming, Beyersdorf has 13 years of experience in the title insurance industry. A member of the South Dakota Land Title Association (SDLTA), she was among the first to earn the South Dakota Title Professional (SDTP) designation in 2024. Currently, Beyersdorf volunteers as SDLTA Member Engagement Committee Chair and also serves on the SDLTA Convention Planning Committee. She also donates her time and expertise as a board member for REALTORS for Kids, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that distributes funds to children in the Northern and Southern Black Hills of South Dakota to be used for the betterment of children’s lives.
