ALTA Honors Utah Member with National Recognition
Washington, D.C., June 29, 2026 — Kim Connelly Cruz NTP has earned the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Formally acknowledged with the NTP designation on June 1, 2026, Cruz is one of 128 leaders across the United States who have devoted their careers to the land title industry and earned their designation.
The designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

With 36 years of combined experience in the title and real estate services industry, including 32 years with Fidelity National Title, Cruz serves as president of the Utah Division for Fidelity National Title Agency of Utah, LLC in Murray, Utah. She is known for her exceptional leadership, deep industry knowledge and strong commitment to operational excellence and client service.
Cruz is a member of the Utah Land Title Association (ULTA). She served on ULTA’s board of directors for three years and previously served as vice president of the Capitol Region and Membership. She currently serves as an ULTA liaison to the Department of Insurance’s Title and Escrow Commission and serves on the commission’s board. Cruz also has shared her expertise by presenting educational sessions for ULTA’s conference and authoring articles for the association’s monthly newsletter.
