ALTA Renews HDEP International as Elite Provider for 2025
Washington, D.C., Jan. 28, 2025 — The American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry, announced it has renewed HDEP International as an ALTA Elite Provider.
For more than 10 years, the ALTA Elite Provider Program has featured distinguished service providers committed to furnishing extensive benefits to the title insurance and settlement services industry. Elite Providers promote the highest industry standards and provide effective solutions for ALTA members’ critical needs.

HDEP International provides title production services, such as order entry, commitment preparation, O&E reports, abstracts, foreclosure reports, final policies, order opening and other products. The work is completed in the customers’ existing systems without adjustments to their current setup.
In addition to title production work, the company builds electronic title plants, maintains existing daily plants, completes legal descriptions and provides other services, customizing its workflow for each customer.
The company’s services allow its customers to convert fixed costs to variable costs, and its customers can save as much as 50 percent of internal costs when using HDEP services.
HDEP International’s facilities are ISO 27001 security certified, and the company adopted the ALTA Best Practices Pillar 3 calling for a written privacy and information security program to protect Non-public Personal Information as required by local, state and federal law.
