Henry Diamond Named Vp Investor Relations

Cendant Corp. (NYSE: CD) today announced that Henry Diamond has joined the company as VP, investor relations.

Diamond, 35, holds degrees from Tufts University, Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School. He began his career as an attorney at White & Case and later moved to Bernstein, Litowitz, Berger & Grossmann where he represented investors in securities litigation.

After obtaining his graduate degree in business, Diamond joined Credit Suisse First Boston Corp. as an equity research analyst.

Diamond will report to Cendant's Corporate and Investor Relations SVP Sam Levenson.

New York City-based Cendant is primarily a provider of travel and residential real estate services with approximately 70,000 employees.
