Company Changes Name To LandSafe Inspection Services To Reflect 'Wide Variety' Of Services

LandSafe Inc. today announced that effective immediately, LandSafe Home Inspections Inc. has been renamed LandSafe Inspection Services Inc.

The name change aims to more accurately reflect the expanding scope of its services, according to the company.

"Five years ago, LandSafe Home Inspection Services was formed to provide homeowners or buyers complete, easy-to-understand reports on the condition of their homes," said LandSafe COO Michael Faine. "Since then, we have continuously expanded our services to meet increasing customer demand for a wider variety of high-quality inspections."

LandSafe offers more than two-dozen types of home and property inspections including specialized focus, such as radon or asbestos, and special circumstances, such as disaster or relocation. LandSafe Inspection Services recently teamed with LandSafe Appraisal Services Inc. to provide a bundled service offering for the relocation industry that includes home inspections and appraisal valuations customized for corporate buy-out needs.

LandSafe, a subsidiary of Countrywide Credit Industries Inc. (NYSE: CCR), provides real estate closing services including appraisals, credit reporting, flood determination, title insurance, escrow services and home inspections for residential mortgage transactions.
