Collateral Information Co., Titleserv Partner To Expedite Title Process

FNC Inc., a collateral information infrastructure company for lenders, today announced that its lender clients will have electronic access to Titleserv?s appraisal, title and closing products and services through FNC?s collateral management pipeline.

The pipeline, FNC?s collateral management system, is an internal, rules-based decisioning platform that automates communication and data exchange between lenders and their collateral service providers. The pipeline aims to reduce costs, heighten quality control and expedite service ordering and fulfillment.

This agreement adds Titleserv to the network of collateral service providers linked to FNC?s platform, including appraisal management firms, title and flood providers, mortgage insurance firms, fraud detection services, AVM providers and inspection and home warranty servicers.

"Titleserv will provide another choice for quality title services fulfillment, accessible from our back-office platform. This alliance will reinforce FNC?s value to our clients as the catalyst to enterprise-wide communication and process improvements that equate to less cost, less paper and less human intervention in the collateral procurement process," said Bill Rayburn, CEO of FNC.

Plainview, N.Y.-based Titleserv provides title and insurance products and services for both the residential and commercial real estate sectors.

Oxford, Miss.-based FNC is a collateral information infrastructure company that speeds loan decisions by converting paper to data to knowledge.
