Pittsburgh, PA, – Express Financial Services, Inc. (EFS) has been recognized by Stewart Title Guaranty Company for outstanding premium growth in 2001. EFS is one of the country's largest independent title insurance agents and issues and distributes Stewart Title insurance products to mortgage originators and local real estate agents. Over the past few years the company has been one of the fastest growing national title agents and vendor managers in its market segments.

The Outstanding Growth Award was presented to EFS President Richard Fuchs in recognition of the company's increase in premiums written for Stewart Title products over the previous year. Recognition came from Stewart Title Guaranty Company's national agency unit, MASST (Multi-Agency State Support Team).

"We are extremely pleased to be recognized by Stewart Title," said Fuchs. "Our partnership with Stewart goes back many years, and as an independent vendor management company and title agency we continue to appreciate all that Stewart does to help foster an open market environment for companies like ours, across the country. Our focus continues to be on the consumer receiving timely and accurate loan decisions from the mortgage origination industry and Stewart designs products that streamlines our production and allows us to meet that objective. We look forward to continuing and building upon our relationship with Stewart," continued Fuchs.

"This is the first time that MASST has recognized an independent title insurance agent for outstanding growth," said Mike Wagnon, executive vice president and region manager for 17 states at Stewart Title. "This award was given because our relationship has increased dramatically with EFS and their level of commitment is stronger than ever," he added.

Stewart Title Guaranty has worked with EFS over the years to have the company as a licensed agent in 34 states.
