Bruce Maita Dedicated to Company's Employees and Growth

FOLSOM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Financial Title Company (FTC) has named Bruce Maita as CEO and president. FTC is the 11th largest provider of title insurance and escrow services in California.

As president, Maita is responsible for the overall vision and direction of FTC. In his role, he oversees all 50 branch operations throughout California and collaborates with the executive team on management objectives in the areas of title insurance, escrow services, sales and marketing and other personnel support services. Additionally, Maita directs the company's growth strategy and the development of strategic business partnerships.

"Financial Title Company's success is built upon quality services and our ability to target and provide these services to the appropriate parties within the real estate transaction," said Bruce Maita, president of Financial Title Company. "I am committed to continuing this success and growth of our company throughout the western region. Furthermore, I am dedicated to ensuring happiness and stability to Financial Title associates because without great people we would not be a great company."

Prior to joining FTC, Maita was president of the Sacramento division of Alliance Title Company, where he established the Sacramento operation and was instrumental in the operation's No. 1 ranking in the resale market share. Before Alliance Title Company, Maita worked at First American Title Insurance Company as the national account manager for the Lender's Advantage division. "Bruce took Alliance Title Company from startup to #1 in market share in Sacramento and he will bring that same enthusiasm and leadership to his new role at Financial Title Company," said Tom Macaluso, executive vice president of Mercury Companies, FTC's parent company. "He's a great growth manager."

Maita graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
