Lenders First Choice Names Raymond Davison Chief Financial Officer

January 27, 2004

SIMI VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lenders First Choice has named Raymond Davison as the company's new chief financial officer. Lenders First Choice is a national provider of settlement services and title insurance.

As CFO, Davison is responsible for the oversight of accounting, finance, payroll and ancillary products within Lenders First Choice operations. Previously the director of accounting for Lenders First Choice, Davison joined the company at its founding in December 2002.

"Lenders First Choice has developed a reputation for providing quality and efficient service," said Davison. "As CFO, I plan to support the financial structure of the company to ensure continued success."

"It takes an entire team to run a company," said Bill Moody, president of Lenders First Choice. "At Lenders First Choice, we want to help lenders process loans seamlessly. That means we need our own company to run smoothly in all areas. Raymond Davison is committed to that goal, and there is no one better suited for this position."

Prior to joining Lenders First Choice, Davison was a partner at Star Value, a telecommunications company. He was also the senior vice president controller for Coast Fed Services, the financial services subsidiary for Coast Federal Bank, for ten years. Davison earned an MBA from Redlands University in Southern California.
