Lenders First Choice Coverage Now Includes Nevada and North Dakota

SIMI VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lenders First Choice (www.lendersfirstchoice.com), a national provider of settlement services and title insurance, is now licensed in Nevada and North Dakota, enabling the firm to service loans in a total of 41 states.

"Our job is to make the lender's life easier, and we do that through a combination of providing high quality service on every transaction and by using the latest technology," said Bill Moody, president of Lenders First Choice. "Our lender clients continue to express a preference for working with us, and based on their repeated requests, we've expanded into Nevada and North Dakota in order to facilitate more of their loans."

The firm's three operations centers are located in Simi Valley, Calif., Stockton, Calif. and Frisco, Texas, with a fourth slated to open in Florida this year. Lenders First Choice has almost 400 employees nationwide. Despite a continued decrease in mortgage volume over the past year, the firm has seen an increase of more than 250 percent in total monthly orders.
