BETHESDA, Md., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EagleBank (Nasdaq: EGBN), a $550 million community business bank headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, announced the formation of Eagle Land Title Company, LLC, a full service title insurance agency offering a variety of commercial real estate settlement services, including title insurance products, to EagleBank customers and the public.

The formation of Eagle Land Title Company, LLC, a subsidiary of EagleBank, will enable the bank to provide a more efficient, fully coordinated management of the real estate transaction process.
