Fidelity National Financial has enhanced its BuyBankHomes.com Web site with a new user interface, offering a more intuitive environment for the experienced bank-owned property investor and the new to market consumer.

BuyBankHomes.com is an online portal that markets properties that have completed the foreclosure process.

Fidelity has added Intelligent Map Searching, which enables users to start their search with a broader area and zoom in on a specific area to see a visual indicator of available bank-owned properties. Properties located on this site's maps are shown in tandem with links to specific information about those properties.

BuyBankHomes.com also recently added new bidding capabilities, allowing buyers and investors to place online bids on foreclosed properties that will be presented at live onsite auctions. Users can receive e-mail notification about bank-owned properties for sale.

The Web site also includes educational information about all aspects involved in buying bank-owned properties.

Fidelity National Financial provides products and outsourced services and technology to financial institutions and the real estate industry. Fidelity also is a large title insurance company
