CapTech Financial Completes Acquisition of National Security Title

LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CapTech Financial Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CTFG), has acquired National Security Title of Lighthouse Point and Tampa, Fla., respectively. Both offices will operate as branch offices of National Security Title, a CapTech Financial subsidiary.

National Security Title will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of CapTech Financial, with plans to open seven more branch offices throughout the state of Florida, as well as further plans to open offices in every state nationwide over the next several years.

National Security Title is in active discussions with additional acquisition candidates located in Florida as well as several other key real estate markets nationwide that it is optimistic it will announce shortly. Management's goal is to become one of the largest title insurance agencies in the country over the next three to five years.
