Kasparnet Adds Indiana as Fourth State in Ever-Expanding Market

MEDINA, Ohio – Kasparnet, Inc., a provider of real-estate title production, management and research services, has recently expanded its business into all 92 counties in Indiana. Kasparnet offers a full range of residential search products and recordation services, including its popular Title Search Report (TSR), to title agents and title-insurance companies.

“Our move into Indiana is the latest step in our continuing effort to better serve clients in our ever-expanding markets,” says President Amy Kaspar, whose company also provides service statewide in Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. “As our client base expands geographically, we want to continue to provide service that meets their needs.”

The TSR offers clients a fully electronic search product beyond standard exam notes. In addition, Kasparnet’s titlepartner.com web portal is now linked with RamQuest Software’s Closing Market™ interface. Title companies who have Complete Closing Enterprise™ title-production software can use it to order the TSR and enjoy the convenience of having required fields automatically populated in the Kasparnet system.

“The TSR has been well received by clients in Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky, and we believe it will be a key factor in Indiana as well,” says Kaspar. “Title agents today are looking to save time and become more accurate and efficient in using integrated title-information products.”
