ALTA's 2008 Federal Conference is your opportunity to address issues that affect your business and the title industry. Scheduled for March 10-12, this year's program will no doubt provide members with an opportunity to hear the latest decisions on key issues such as the HUD/RESPA Reform Rule, Uniform Closing Instructions, Housing Finance Reform, and more. You will hear from federal and state legislators/regulators including Representative Tom Feeney (R-FL), The Honorable Brian D. Montgomery, Assistant Secretary for Housing - Federal Housing Commissioner, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Chief Market Conduct Examiner Dudley B.
