TSS Software Selected by Ohio Title Agency

TSS Software Corporation (TSS), a software provider dedicated exclusively to the settlement services industry, announced their TitleExpress system has been selected by Ohio-based Benchmark Escrow and Title Agency.

“This was the best investment I’ve made since we’ve been in business,” said Deb Hobbs of Benchmark Escrow and Title Agency. “We decided to go with TSS because of their excellent customer service and because their product suite is easy to use and allows us to work much more efficiently.”

“We are looking forward to using their ‘iOrderExpress’ system that allows our clients to enter orders check progress and status over the Internet. This eliminates countless back and forth emails,” said Hobbs.

In recent months TSS enhanced TitleExpress to include a new and tighter integration processes with third-party vendors that saves time and reduces errors. TitleExpress is underwriter neutral and underwriter friendly. Automatic premium calculations, commitment and policy production, HUD-1 Settlement Statement creation, and a comprehensive document library make loan-closing tasks simple and efficient.
