Michigan Attorneys Launch Title Agency

Michigan's tough economy and recent turmoil in the real estate market did not discourage local attorneys Rachel Ross and Ali Dagher from partnering to form Fairlane Title Agency LLC to fill the needs of local real estate brokers, attorneys and banks.
According to both Dagher and Ross, the need has never been greater to establish an agency that incorporates only the best practices of the title insurance industry in combination with professionalism and integrity.
Dearborn, Mich.-based Fairlane Title Agency is underwritten by First American Title Insurance Co., and services residential and commercial properties.
"We look forward to growing our business throughout the five counties of metropolitan Detroit," added Dagher. "We're here to protect the rights of local banks and other lenders."
The agency's principals and employees have an average of more than 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, having processed thousands of transactions, spanning residential properties to large commercial projects.
"We're able to recruit the highest level of employees from the title industry in this area, because of the failure of many agents," Ross said. "We welcome the opportunity to restore confidence in our industry by offering a higher level of skill and performance."
Fairlane Title Agency processes and stores all documentation electronically. Realtors and lenders can use the agency's closing software, available through the Internet, to track all parts of the title process through closing.
