Title Company Receives Pennsylvania License

June 22, 2010

TEAM Title Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TEAM Nation Holdings Corp., announced it recently received its Pennsylvania Resident Title Agent License. The license is the first license awarded in TEAM's 38-state expansion plan. TEAM Title will do business in Pennsylvania as TEAM Settlement Solutions. Its lender division will begin placing orders for settlement and title services through the agency.

TEAM's president, Janis Okerlund, will serve as the agency's individual licensee, a requirement of the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. In addition to Pennsylvania, Okerlund has recently been granted individual licenses in Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island and West Virginia. Applications for agency licenses will be submitted to the regulatory authorities in those states in the coming weeks which, upon approval, will allow TEAM to process its own inventory of orders in those states.

Nevada-based TEAM Nation is a management and services company specializing in title insurance and escrow services through its affiliate title agencies. It provides management, production services, HR administration, IT support and accounting administration for title insurance companies and related real estate ventures.
