Federal Appeals Court Offers Opinion on Alleged Kickback Violations

June 29, 2010

A federal appeals court ruled an Ohio woman may renew a motion for certification of a nationwide class action lawsuit over allegations a title insurance company violated anti-kickback regulations by paying millions of dollars to individual title companies and received written exclusive referral agreements in return.
