ALTA Discusses GSE Reform, Other Market Concerns at Annual Federal Conference in D.C.

March 15, 2011

Opening the first day of the 2011 Federal Conference and Lobby Day on March 14, ALTA provided an update on GSE reform, qualified residential mortgages, Dodd-Frank, mortgage interest deduction, CFPB combined mortgage disclosure, flood insurance, the NAIC agent data call and market conduct groups, Washington State regulation and private transfer fee covenants.
