Former ALTA President Joins Stewart Title

Stewart Title Company announced the appointment of Mike Pryor to division president for Stewart Title of Arkansas.

“Mike comes to Stewart with great experience and reputation in the title industry, and he is a great addition to our management team,” said Stewart Morris Jr, president and CEO of Stewart Title Company. “We look forward to his expertise and leadership to guide the profitable expansion of our services in the state.”

Pryor chose to join the company to “be a part of a growth model where title matters,” he said. “The expectation of a magnificent customer experience is a near-term reality for Stewart customers in Arkansas.”

Expanding in today’s market also means a strong focus on technology solutions. Pryor shares Stewart Title’s vision of using the most forward-thinking tech to generate customer excitement and keeping up with demand.

“No one else in the state has what Stewart does,” Pryor continued. “I am excited to lead an enthusiastic team of title professionals and leading-edge tools that will alter the industry landscape in Arkansas.”

Pryor has more than 20 years of operational and executive experience in the title and settlement services industry, and is a nationally recognized keynote and seminar speaker at industry events across the US. In addition to lengthy experience leading title companies, Mike served as the 2008-2009 President of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and has received a variety of industry honors. He is CEO of The Pryor Experience Company, a consulting firm serving the title industry.

"As a national company with operations in Arkansas, Stewart Title is in an ideal position to positively influence the future of the customer experience related to title and settlement services in Arkansas,” said Marty Albertson, vice president of Stewart Title Company. “Mike is the perfect person for the task.”
