Software Developer Adds to Strategic Planning Team

November 22, 2011

Terri Hanson (formerly Hilderman) has joined Adeptive Software as vice president, strategic planning. Adeptive Software is the developer of the title, escrow, settlement and real estate software ResWare.

In her new role, Hanson will assist Adeptive in achieving continued profitability and growing revenues. She will draw from her 20 plus years of industry experience to formulate strategies for current and future growth. In addition to developing business plans, generating marketing strategies, performing market-analysis, monitoring industry trends and news, Hanson will attend trade shows and industry conferences and coordinate customer focus groups that facilitate strategic discussion and initiatives.

“Terri is a critical addition to our team”, said Bryan Buus, president of Adeptive Software. “She brings invaluable experience and knowledge and will assist us in taking the next steps to grow our company and product line.”

Prior to her new role with Adeptive, Hanson held a project manager and vice president of professional services division position at one of the large underwriters. While there, she developed a breadth of knowledge in the title and escrow industry, managed several projects on both business and technology levels, assisted in the development of software, educated offices in process flow management, and contributed to title plant build-outs. She also managed employees on a national level and provided services such as implementation, training, client presentations and support.

Hanson will work with current customers to develop relationships and advance ResWare. Her goals include working on competitive advantages and rolling the software out to new markets, furthering ResWare’s lead in the real estate software industry.
