Ohio Supreme Court Rules County Must Provide Public Records at Actual Cost of Copying Images

In a win for consumers, lenders and title companies, both the ALTA and the Ohio Land Title Association applauded the court for preventing government entities from charging excessive reproduction fees for public records.
