North Dakota-based Title Company Acquires Montana Operation

North Dakota Guaranty and Title Co. recently acquired the assets of Security Abstract Co., located in Sidney, Mont.

Security Abstract joins the team of North Dakota Guaranty and Title’s eight offices and professional staff located in central and western North Dakota. Security Abstract has been a part of Sidney’s business community since 1917. The company is a provider of abstract services, closing services and title insurance in Richland County and the surrounding area. North Dakota Guaranty and Title, established in 1956, provides abstract services, closing services, title insurance and related products for residential and commercial customers.
