Arizona-based Title Agency Bolsters Team in Dallas Office

March 19, 2013

Thomas Title & Escrow announce that Louis Strawn, executive vice president, and Stephanie Taylor, relationship manager, have joined the company in Dallas. This marks the firm’s first major hiring since opening the Dallas office in August 2012.

Strawn’s primary responsibility is for the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s sales, marketing and business development efforts in Texas. Prior to joining Thomas Title & Escrow, he spent 26 years with Prudential Financial, having served as the chief legal officer for the company’s commercial real estate operations worldwide. Following his time at Prudential, Strawn was a real estate partner located in the Dallas offices of several major law firms.

Taylor specializes in marketing and business development. Prior to joining Thomas Title & Escrow, she worked at Bright & Co. Marketing, which is a Bright Industries company. Before joining Bright, Taylor served as marketing coordinator for Republic Property Group.

“Lou possesses a wealth of contacts and expertise at the highest levels. His background is a perfect fit for the complex transactions that we routinely handle,” said Frank W. Busch III, president and chief executive officer. “Stephanie has substantial experience with innovative real estate marketing. We are fortunate to have such talented individuals helping to drive growth for our Texas operations.”
