FNF to Acquire LPS

May 28, 2013

Fidelity National Financial said it plans to merge its ServiceLink business with Lender Processing Services and sell a 19 percent minority equity interest in the new holding company to private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners L.P. for approximately $381 million.
