RedVision Adds Three Arkansas Counties to Digital Database

August 6, 2013

RedVision, a provider of title searches and real property research solutions, announced the addition of property data from three counties to TitleVision, a proprietary digital database for public property and related records. The new “RedVision Advantaged” counties in Arkansas are Benton, Pulaski and Washington. “As the largest independent provider of real property data-enabled solutions, clients can expect to see the number of ‘RedVision Advantaged’ counties continue to increase based on targeted market demand and local market trends,” said Lee Howlett, RedVision executive vice president and managing director of national solutions and strategic accounts. “With clients seeking superior service levels and constant focus on cost management to successfully compete in the marketplace, RedVision’s focus on expanding title plant, online and walk-in coverage across the nation represents a very attractive model for multi-county, regional and national clients.” All three counties are now available for streamlined title search production and improved service queries. RedVision’s ever-expanding title search data covers more than 49 million homes across the United States. Its unique property data repository allows users of title evidence to compile a full range of ownership chains, lien information and pertinent property data across a wide range of U.S. counties. In May 2013, RedVision announced more than 200 “RedVision Advantaged” counties in 17 states had been added to the TitleVision database and insourced delivery capability.
