Adeptive Names New Vice President of Sales

Adeptive Software, the developer of ResWare, has added an additional channel for sales by hiring Cody Johnson as vice president of sales. He will supplement our existing longstanding partnership with the sales and consulting firm, Windward Consulting | Software.

Johnson has more than 15 years of experience in software and service organizations at both start up and established businesses. Previously, he worked for several years with a large underwriter and title software providers where his responsibilities included generating revenue, strategic and tactical planning, fostering awareness of products and solutions, building and developing sales teams, and providing recommendations and implementation plans for clients.

"Adeptive's core value of superior customer service as well as their focus on innovation and new technology made my decision to come to Adeptive an easy one," Johnson said. Additionally, two software engineers and a software tester were added to Adeptive's growing team.

With more than 15 years of software engineering experience, Stephen Haydel was named senior software engineer. Meanwhile, Chanda Weber was named software engineer. She previously worked for nine years at Microsoft. Adeptive also added John Lorenz to its software quality assurance team. He works with the development team to ensure that testing is integrated into the process from the very early stages of development.
