SoftPro Integrates with WFG National Title

September 17, 2013

SoftPro, a provider of title, closing and escrow software, has added WFG National Title Insurance Co. to its SoftPro 360 business exchange platform.

By integrating SoftPro 360 with WFG National Title’s closing protection letter service, WFG’s agents are able to generate closing protection letters while working in SoftPro. This minimizes having to work across multiple systems and eliminates duplicate data entry.

“In a market where a competitive advantage is paramount and compliance is at the forefront of our industry, our agents are always in search of technology that saves them money, eliminates duplicate data entry, streamlines their processes to maximize efficiency and helps keep them compliant,” said Rick Diamond, vice president and IT director for WFG

SoftPro 360 is a free tool that enables SoftPro users to order services and receive orders back from third-party vendors without leaving their SoftPro workspace, eliminating the need for paper order forms, dual entry, faxes, e-mails and phone calls.

“Our partnership with WFG provides our mutual customers the ability to more quickly and accurately produce their closing protection letters,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro’s senior vice president of Sales and Marketing. “Every keystroke saved will provide a new level of efficiency for WFG agents.”
