TSS Software Integrates With First American’s AgentNet

TSS Software Corporation announced that its TitleExpress software is now able to access First American Title Insurance Co.’s AgentNet platform.

This allows the underwriter's products to be available through the TitleExpress provider network, RealExpress.

“The AgentNet integration enables agents to connect more effectively with First American and streamline their workflow,” said Barbara Miller, president and chief operating officer of TSS. “We’re very excited to provide this service to TitleExpress users.”

TSS said the AgentNet’s transaction-based entry design offers a simple method to generate, view, print, email or fax approved Closing Protection Letters (CPLs), and generate eJackets all within a single file that automatically populates transactional data to help ensure consistency. This integration allows TitleExpress users to generate approved First American CPLs and policy jackets directly from the TitleExpress platform, minimizing the need to rekey data and work across multiple systems.

“The real power of this integration comes in the automatic replication of data that not only saves agents time, but also keeps that information uniform, significantly reducing errors and other discrepancies,” said Larry Godec, chief information officer for First American Title Insurance Company.
