ALTA Awards National Title Professional Designation to Minnesota Member

October 1, 2013

ALTA awarded a National Title Professional (NTP) designation to Nancy Landmark, the commercial underwriting counsel at Minneapolis-based Commercial Partners Title LLC.

The National Title Professional (NTP) Designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

“This designation is a testament to Nancy’s commitment to the land title industry,” said ALTA President Frank Pellegrini. “Nancy’s dedication, experience and hard work in the industry are admirable, and it is our pleasure to award her the National Title Professional Designation.”

Landmark has worked in the land title insurance industry for more than 10 years and is an active member of the Minnesota Land Title Association (MLTA), where she currently serves on the Board of Directors. She is also active on multiple committees of the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association as well as ALTA’s Education and Government Affairs committees.

The designation has several elements, including industry and compliance prerequisites and training requirements. To apply for the NTP designation and for more information, please visit ALTA's NTP website.
