Westcor Names Underwriting Counsel for Texas

October 1, 2013

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. announced the addition of NolaAnn Waggoner as Texas underwriting counsel.

“Ms.Waggoner will provide support to our Texas agents,” said Scott Chandler, executive vice president and director of agency for Westcor. “Her history of providing best-in-class service to agents is an ideal complement to expand our presence in the Texas market.” Most recently, Waggoner served as underwriting counsel for First American Title Insurance Co. She also has spent time as in-house counsel for Stewart Title Austin Inc., Texas underwriting and claims attorney for Stewart Title Guaranty Company and assistant regional counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Co. “Ms. Waggoner is a great addition to our team,” said Mary O’Donnell, president and CEO of Westcor. “Her extensive experience, expertise and wealth of knowledge affirm our commitment to provide superior service to our customers as we continue to expand our presence in the Texas market.”
