NATIC Adds Central Property Search as Preferred Search Provider

October 27, 2015

North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has added the search provider Central Property Search (CPS) Inc. in Pennsylvania to its preferred provider list.

“NATIC seeks search providers for our network that are highly competent and work directly in the counties where they are located,” said Emilio Fernandez, NATIC president. “We do this as a service to our title agents to provide them with quality service in addition to reducing their liability for errors.”

CPS is a family and women-owned business, providing title searches, commitment production, tax searches, recording and document retrieval across Pennsylvania. In business for over 25 years, its title searches are completed by the company’s local abstractors.

“We stand behind our title products and know that at the end of the day, it’s all about service and trust,” said Brandi Kinsey, CPS president. “We’ve built a business that we are all proud of and that translates to positive working relationships with our customers.”

Joining the NATIC SearchLink Network offers search providers, such as CPS, the capability of handling local searches at competitive prices. Each provider contracts with NATIC. Any liability for errors caused exclusively by the preferred vendor remains with the SearchLink Network and NATIC. NATIC said this arrangement offers peace of mind to agents who can order searches knowing they meet NATIC’s requirements for quality and accuracy.

The full listing of NATIC’s preferred search providers can be found on AgentLink under Tools & Resources, Search Providers tab.
