RedVision Named to HousingWire’s TECH100

April 7, 2016

RedVision, a provider of title and real property research solutions, was recently named as one of the Top 100 technology innovators in the real estate industry in HousingWire’s TECH100.

The HW TECH100 recognizes innovative technology companies in the U.S. housing economy, spanning real estate to mortgage lending, servicing and investments.

RedVision was awarded the honor for its secure user-interface tool, NOVA, a nationwide “self-service” title procurement and production web-based application. Based on custom permission sets, clients receive desktop access across all U.S. properties to real-time information on order status and activity, performance indicators and management reporting.

“This recognition from HousingWire demonstrates our continued commitment to providing innovative technology solutions while delivering greater efficiencies and title products not only for our customers but the industry as a whole,” said Brian Twibell, CEO of RedVision. “We are honored to be named alongside other industry greats, as we embark on RedVision’s 15th year in business.”

Each company included on the list is reviewed with the following dimensions as a guideline: market influence, market potential, unique solution, growth, elegant implementation, something else entirely (the “it” factor).

For each of the six dimensions, HousingWire editors select a winning company that best represents the given dimension, in addition to selecting the 100 companies that comprise the TECH100™.

“The companies in the HW TECH100 are providing innovative solutions to the traditionally hide-bound mortgage finance industry,” said HousingWire Editor-in-Chief Jacob Gaffney. “In the face of rising costs to originate and service loans, a still-volatile housing market and multiplying regulations, these innovations are crucial to the survival and profitability of those in our industry.”
