Campbell & Brannon Earns Best Practices Certification with Frazier & Deeter

May 26, 2016

Atlanta-based Campbell & Brannon announced the recent determination by Frazier & Deeter LLC, that the firm is certified to ALTA’s Title Insurance and Settlement Company Best Practices.

"Given the importance of this certification, we chose to work with a CPA firm who knows the settlement industry well,” said Camille Brannon, co-founder of Campbell & Brannon. “We are committed to distinguishing ourselves as an industry leader with high standards for quality, expertise and protection of our clients.”

Brannon added that Campbell & Brannon was founded in 1998 upon the principles of protecting lenders and consumers by adopting the highest standards available in the marketplace and providing superior service.  When the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants established the attestation standards for a CPA firm’s Best Practices’ certification in April of 2015, the firm elected to undergo the attestation process necessary to receive this certification.  Frazier & Deeter conducted the attestation certification.

“Campbell & Brannon has policies, practices and procedures in place that fully meet the standards of the ALTA Best Practices framework,” said Tracey Webb, leader of Frazier & Deeter’s ALTA compliance practice. “While some lenders are not requiring third-party certification at this time, Campbell & Brannon voluntarily submitted their procedures for a thorough review and have proven the internal practices are in place to protect consumers and lenders throughout the real estate settlement process.”
