Westcor Names Exec to Investor Services Division

October 13, 2016

Westcor Land Title Insurance Company announced the appointment of Anthony Spangler as senior vice president and will provide leadership to the company’s Investor Services division.

Spangler will work with existing senior leadership to continue the growth of the division. Based in Westcor’s Manhattan office, he will leverage his experience as a trader to grow and evolve the division’s suite of products and services to continue to meet the needs of the marketplace.

“We are extremely excited to have Anthony join the senior executive team at Westcor Investor Services,” said Ryan Peterson, executive vice president of Westcor Global. “His unique perspective as a trade desk veteran affords us the opportunity to continue to create highly customized solutions for our clients which increase speed of execution and decrease costs with every trade.”

Prior to joining Westcor Investor Services, Spangler was the whole loan trader for Apollo Global Management and Vantium Management LP, where he acquired and managed over $1 billion of assets. Prior to joining Vantium Management in 2008, he was a vice president at HSBC Securities, where he had responsibility for a team of analysts for the Mortgage Backed Securities Trading Desk. Prior to joining HSBC, Spangler was a collateral analyst at Deutsche Bank.
