McDonnell and Associates, Boomerang Title Implement Ops Insights

Real estate law firm McDonnell and Associates, PA. and Boomerang Title Inc. recently implemented Ops Insights, which provides custom metrics to help manage operations. Additionally, it has the capability to build custom reports for lenders to meet the stringent requirements for third-party oversight of title and settlement providers.

“The reporting provided by Ops Insight to our lender clients has become an integral part of their third-party risk management programs,” said TJ Harrington, chief strategy and compliance officer of McDonnell and Associates. “Regulators at both the state and federal level have expressed the need for independent and verifiable data. Ops Insight meets that need as key component for vendor oversight.”
