The Docket: Court Rules Owner's Policy Covers Collapsed Lid to Storm Water Tank

April 20, 2017

David Cox, director of the law firm Jackson & Campbell PC, provided today’s review of a recent decision by a Georgia court that ruled Covered Risk 12 of the ALTA Homeowner's Policy provided coverage to an insured for the post-policy cave-in of an underground storm water retention vault.
