Qualia Partners with FasTrax

May 23, 2017

Qualia, a provider of cloud-based title and closing software, announced its integration with FasTrax, a release-tracking and title-clearing service provider. This integration allows Qualia users to order release tracking directly from their title production system.

“Qualia Title and Closing Software is designed to delight title agents by removing historically burdensome tasks. We are excited to partner with FasTrax, so that Qualia users can complete release tracking responsibilities with the click of a button,” said Nate Baker, Qualia CEO.

After ordering in Qualia, FasTrax manages the process of lien release tracking and recording through communication with the lenders responsible for releasing any liens that have been paid off.

“We are excited to be working so closely with such a solid organization as Qualia and look forward to enhancing their customer experience,” said Eric Jones, vice president of division operations at First American Professional Real Estate Services.
