New Florida Law Aims to Rein in Homeowners’ Associations

June 6, 2017

The legislation, which goes into effect July 1 unless vetoed by the governor before June 15, places stricter requirements on condominium associations, cooperatives and homeowners’ associations, making it quicker, easier and less expensive to obtain necessary information before a closing.
