Stewart Opens Commercial Services Center in Florida

Stewart Title has opened a Commercial Services Center in Tampa, Fla. This is Stewart’s first office dedicated to providing title insurance and escrow services for commercial real estate in the state.

Stewart has provided both commercial and residential real estate services in Florida for 58 years. The opening of the new Tampa office firmly cements Stewart’s ability to provide a single point of contact to accommodate the complexities of their commercial title insurance customers’ needs. The Tampa office will serve as regional headquarters for all Commercial Services operations in Florida, including Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

Stewart Title experts have the ability and experience to navigate large, complex deals, such as multisite, multistate and international transactions. Stewart will work with all customers involved in commercial real estate, including independent agencies, attorneys, developers and commercial brokers.

“A high level of expertise and attention to detail are critical skills needed to ensure successful commercial deals,” said Laura Licastro, Tampa Commercial Services Manager and Associate Senior Underwriting Counsel. “We collaborate with customers to handle the complexities of their business and simplify them. Building long-term relationships and partnerships is a keystone of our success.”
