SoftPro Integrates With Alliant National Title

June 13, 2017

SoftPro announced the integration of its business exchange platform with Alliant National Title Insurance Company. Agents of Alliant who use SoftPro can generate closing protection letters and policy jackets directly through their SoftPro software.

“SoftPro is pleased to partner with Alliant National Title in order to provide our mutual customers increased productivity by eliminating the rekeying of data,” said Patrick Hempen, chief customer officer at SoftPro.

All SoftPro customers have free access to SoftPro 360, a business exchange platform that allows them to order services from third-party vendors without leaving their SoftPro workspace.

Alliant agents will now be able to produce their closing protection letters and policy jackets directly from their SoftPro software without rekeying any data. The integration speeds up the process by eliminating errors that can occur with dual data entry. Alliant National is the only underwriter able to offer system users the ability to generate a policy jacket with a signature likeness already imprinted on the policy jacket.

“This is an exciting development for us at Alliant National,” said Kyle Rank, executive vice president of agency for Alliant National Title. “This integration with SoftPro 360 will substantially improve our agents’ workflow and help them to create Closing Protection Letters and also finalize policies with digital signatures, thus better serving their customers. As a company always looking for ways to lead and improve the title industry, we are proud to be the first underwriter able to offer this service.”
