Old Republic Title Launches New Website Promoting OR SigningPro

July 11, 2017

Old Republic Title recently launched a new website promoting OR SigningPro services to lenders, title agents and signing professionals. OR SigningPro was originally introduced in January 2014 to accommodate the changing needs of clients and to provide a secure, professional experience for consumers at real estate closings.

OR SigningPro manages a national panel of vetted signing professionals who provide closing services to lenders and standard notary services to title agents, allowing Old Republic to directly assign a mobile notary for closings. Through this nationwide signing service, the process of assigning a mobile notary for closings has been significantly enhanced, Old Republic said in a release.

The new, promotional site supports the mobile website that was launched in January 2016, which allows Old Republic Title coordinators to assign orders four times faster than the manual process. The company said the service gives its mobile signing professionals the ability to self-assign orders, personalize alerts, view driving directions and work from a desktop computer or mobile device, providing direct communication with Old Republic Title.

“Our mobile signing professionals consistently meet and exceed industry standards, undergoing annual background checks, and meeting certification, training and continued education requirements, equipping them to deliver the best possible experience for consumers,” Old Republic said in a release. “After each transaction, they are internally reviewed and ranked based on their professionalism, the quality of the closing and quality of the executed documents, so that the area's top-ranked notaries can be selected for a positive experience for the consumer.”

The company reported that OR SigningPro will soon create an interactive experience for title agents and lenders, and integrate with the National Notary Association via SigningAgent.com, in addition to the interface that signing professionals currently use.
