RamQuest Adds Free Patriot Search to Closing Market Network

August 8, 2017

Closing Market is RamQuest’s digital marketplace that allows participants to order, exchange and market products and services required in the real estate closing process without ever leaving their RamQuest title production solution. Now, using Closing Market, RamQuest customers can perform free Patriot Searches that utilize up to nine data sources, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The Patriot Search results are returned instantly and can be easily attached to the file in RamQuest’s software for a permanent record of the search.

“This new Patriot Search tool is any easy way for our customers to stay compliant with the USA PATRIOT Act,” said Ben Cork, chief strategy officer at RamQuest. "Patriot Search is just another example of RamQuest’s continued commitment to enable our customers to be more efficient and productive."
