Arkansas Secretary of State Approves New Electronic Notary Solution Provider

August 22, 2017

Pavaso Inc. has been added as an electronic notary (e-notary) solution provider for Arkansas, Secretary of State Mark Martin announced.

"Electronic notarization and e-closings will revolutionize the real estate and mortgage industries,” Martin said. “This technology will change the way people conduct business. We are pleased to welcome another solution provider option as Arkansas' nationally recognized e-notary program continues to grow.”

The Arkansas Secretary of State Office has commissioned e-notaries in the state since 2013.

Pavaso joins DocVerify, World Wide Notary and Corporation Service Company as approved e-notary solution providers in Arkansas.

Nancy Pratt, Pavaso vice president for partner relations and government affairs, said, “We are excited and enthused to be approved to provide e-notarization in the great state of Arkansas. Homebuyers, lenders and settlement providers will all have an improved and outstanding mortgage e-closing experience because of Arkansas's focus and support of the digital transformation.”
