North American Title Names Indiana State Agency Manager

North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has named Kathy Hulbert as state agency manager for Indiana. Hulbert most recently served for eight years as executive director for the Indiana Land Title Association. At NATIC, Hulbert will oversee agency operations in that state, while securing and servicing title insurance agents to promote new and increased business activity.

Hulbert has been a licensed attorney in Indiana since 2002. She served as deputy attorney general in the professional licensing section of the Indiana Office of the Attorney General for four years. Hulbert then helped build the title insurance division of the Indiana Department of Insurance, serving as its managing attorney. In 2009, she became the executive director of the Indiana Land Title Association.
