Tohickon Settlement Services Opens New Office in Center City, Pa.

Tohickon Settlement Services, which has served Pennsylvania and New Jersey, for over 40 years, has expanded its operations.

The firm has named Rob Stephan as account executive and Ryan Cortez as closing agent to handle client needs at its new office in Center City, Pa., which includes the central business and central neighborhoods of Philadelphia.

“This new base in Center City is much more convenient for our clients whose properties or interests are within or close to the city,” said Brendan Nolan, president of the company that was launched by his family in 1976. “We’re really pleased that Rob and Ryan, with their broad settlement experience and intimate knowledge of the city, have agreed to head up operations at One Liberty Place. They have dovetailed nicely with our Bucks County team to give Center City clients the successful, stress-free closings that Tohickon is known for.”
