Michigan Title Agency Honored Among ‘Best and Brightest’

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Sun Title Agency is being honored for the third year by the National Association of Business Resources (NABR) for being among West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
NABR will honor nearly 150 employers at West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For awards banquet on May 3.
“We’ve always emphasized that we are only as effective; as motivated and as creative as our people are inspired to be,” said Lawrence Duthler, president and co-owner of Sun Title. “Our performance starts with how we treat our people, who are Sun Title’s most important resource. To be recognized with the Best and Brightest again is confirmation that our focus on culture and communication is valued by our team.”
Winners were selected for having “the most innovative and thoughtful approach to human resources” in their categories: large (301 or more employees); medium (101-300 employees); and small (100 or fewer employees).
“Companies that recognize that their employees are the key to their success achieve staying power,” said Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO of NABR’S Best and Brightest programs. “Our 2018 winners create their human resource standards to ensure employee satisfaction, and they set standards for every business to aspire toward.”
