Collaboration Tech Should Put Settlement First

Settlement agents hold a great deal of influence over one of the most memorable parts of the borrower experience: the closing transaction. Hiccups and delays caused by poor coordination between settlement agents and lenders can erode borrower confidence, delay closings, and ultimately leave borrowers with a negative impression of all parties involved. Is the time right for the settlement community to invest in automated collaboration solutions that put settlement agents in the driver’s seat?
